By car
If you are coming by car, get off at Yuzawa IC on the Kan-etsu Expressway and turn right onto National Route 17 towards Nagaoka.
In about 6 minutes the road will become two lanes, so please stay to the left.
Shortly after passing the overpass, you will see this balloon sign on the left.
You will see it, so turn left here.
Turn left after going up a slight slope.
Turn right at the end of the road and you'll have arrived.
Parking Information
I'd like to introduce three places.
1. Parking lot within the facility（The park is closed in winter due to snow removal vehicles.）
②Hatsukaishi No. 2 Parking Lot (1 minute walk)
③The parking space of the Esprit Hotel behind the facility (30 seconds walk)
1. Parking lot within the facility
There are two parking spaces, PARKING A and B, with a maximum of three cars (first come, first served).
*Please note: During the winter (December 23rd to March 31st), parking spaces within the facility will be unavailable due to the risk of snow falling from the roof.
Also, please park on the road side of the red grating, making sure not to park beyond it.
On-site parking
Only three cars are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis, and this does not mean that guests staying in Building A are in PARKING A. We apologize if there are people who are first come first served.
Please use the next parking option, Hatsukaishi 2nd Parking Lot.
PARKING A
Two minicars can be parked in a row.
Please keep your vehicle as close to the wall as possible and do not let it extend into the road.
PARKING B
Two light vehicles can be parked in a row here, but
Because it is flat, low-profile cars will scrape the front of the car.
② Hatsukaishi No. 2 Parking Lot is a 1-minute walk from the facility
Hatsukaishi No. 2 Parking LotParking lot for guests only, located next to the Hatsukaishi slope at Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resortis.
Parking is free during the green season, but in the winter season it costs 1,100 yen per night for a standard car and is reserved for guests staying at the hotel.
Access : 10 minutes by bus from Echigo-Yuzawa Station. A free shuttle bus is also available during the winter season.
Location : Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort, next to the Hatsukaishi slope.
Seasonal rates :
Green season (summer) : Free of charge.
Winter season (ski season) : Free on weekdays, 1,100 yen per night for standard cars on weekends.
Usage restrictions : This parking lot is operated exclusively for hotel guests.
If you use Hatsukaishi No. 2 Parking Lot on a weekend or other occasion, we will refund you if you submit a receipt.

Vehicles that do not contact us or do not display a permit will be subject to towing.

There is a parking permit on the table just inside the room, so if you would like to use the Esprit Hotel parking space, please bring the permit.
Please make sure to post it in a location that can be seen from outside the windshield (such as on the dashboard).
During your stay, we may ask you to move your car for snow removal, etc., so please check the message on the reservation site.
Also, please return the permit after checking out.
